I called Brad on a Saturday morning, though his office is closed, because we were desperate because a water pipe outside our house had broken. I couldn't get hold of any plumber, even those who are open on Saturdays. All water had been shut off at our house. Brad said he doesn't typically work on Saturday but he would come and help us anyway. He came within the hour and fixed us up within probably another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The bill was incredibly reasonable and he was very nice and easy to work with. He explained everything to me. I will definitely call him again. -Yelp
